Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated

Started in 1920 under the cloak of one of the most tumultuous eras for women and people of color in the United States, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority was founded at Howard University to establish a new organization predicated on the precepts of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood. This sister organization to Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc was founded by Arizona Cleaver Stemons, Myrtle Tyler Faithful, Viola Tyler Goings, Fannie Pettie Watts, and Pearl Anna Neal.
